The strain was one of money in the area which was blocked up with The rainwater simply running past following a downhill course. This is possibly the reason for the recent flooding beyond this point.

  • We’re sending you this message to let you know that an officer has reviewed the enquiry and whilst we appreciate this may be considered a nuisance, the blocked drainage asset reported is not currently considered to be a high priority to the County Council. Whilst there are no reports of significant flooding at or near the location we are not taking any further action. Please note that this gully will still be cleansed annually or biennially in accordance with County Council policy. Thank you for reporting this matter.
