Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2892491.

Can't read the number as it's to high up. Its attached to the property. We think the brackets are getting loose and coming away from the wall. Which maybe causing a problem within my property as cracks are inside where it is bolted to.Also the light is not turning off after midnight as the others in the village do.
