A tree in the grass verge is overhanging into estate land causing issues for HGVs reversing down the access road to reach units 2 3 and 4. We are unsure if the tree has a TPO and would like advice on whether the tree can be cut back to avoid damage being caused to the vehicles making deliveries etc
