Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2893294.

Huge overgrown trees reported over a year ago on 10 May 2025, obstructing street lighting and affecting pathway, report 2843578 and then given report number 2846868, still nothing been done.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • Last year when I reported this you said there were legal proceedings and it would take time, now you are saying you’re not going to do anything. Were you lying last year? The street lamp is obscured and therefore we have no light in the street and the trees are overhanging so much that you have duck to walk past. I respectfully urge you to re-examine this issue which you clearly did not solve last year and the situation has worsened.
