I have reported this twice before. When it rains hard, the drains can’t cope with the water and all the water is coming up the drain outside the house. It is frightening and the drain water goes close to two properties which have never been flooded before. This has only started to happen since the new housing estates have been built at the top of the hill. Please address- we were assured that this was fixed in feb. I have videos to show the extent of the problem. Thank you.
