The high tree branch has crashed down across the lane blocking access, cars unable to pass. The large highway tree across the road has fallen onto our land wiping out our hedge and taken our three trees with it. The offending branch (which is huge) has fallen into our garden and landed in our pond.

  • Thank you fixing the problem and clearing the branch that fell into our garden. We will need to access the extent of damage to our pond, and its equipment and will make a claim in due course. The task remains open, when have you planned to return to lop down the same tree it is way above our house and strong winds and rain (like Tuesday evening 2nd June 2026)will most definately land on our house, roof and solar panels. Do we raise another report as I am sure that the workers how attended our property would of relayed this issue already. Please advise. Thank you again for your help and speedy response.
