• We are sorry to hear of your recent accident. Following your report, we have attended site and recognise that there is some gravel, tree materials and other debris at this location. However, Lincolnshire County Council Highways are not responsible for keeping the highway surface swept and free of debris - this is a service provided by East Lindsey District Council. We have therefore passed on the information from our site visit to East Lindsey District Council asking with the request that a sweeper attend site at their earliest availability. Thank you for reporting this matter.
