Drains on Thimbleby Hill Horncastle

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2893528.

The drains have been blocked with soil for at least 4 years since they built Russel Danby drive nothing has ever been done about it even after talking to the drivers who clean the drains I spoke with him again last week and same answer not on his round when it rains the road is flooded on the main A158 road a nightmere in winter please can this be sorted
