Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2893555.

Residents from the Neighbourhood Watch group have requested a new grit bin be placed at this location. The nearest LCC owned one is located/known as GRIT1188 AT Ancaster Walk (entrance from Boston Road) which is too far away to be of any practical use to any residents.
