OG trees encroaching onto CW (vertical and lateral).
Dead limbs above CW to be cut back (x2 noted during site visit, see photos).
Tree is confirmed to be off LCC liability, with the considerably greater share on land belonging to 61 Horncastle Road (small percentage, <25% on land belonging to 63).
