Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2893600.

Tree is inundated with ivy which is rotting it and making the branches unstable, many of which are overhanging the road and the tree is thus leaning towards the house. The branches arw also inundated with ivy, making the branches unnaturally overweight, with a real risk of them breaking in a storm, or the whole tree being brought down.
