Permit sign removed by contractor On arrival at my home at 4pm the tarmac to my drive was damaged, it is raised creating a possible trip hazard On looking at my neighbours tarmac surface - all micro surfaced by Kiely Group this morning, there are numerous areas where tarmac is missing, in lumps or damaged

Thank you for contacting us regarding the condition of the surface adjacent to your property following the recent footway slurry seal works.
We are sorry to hear of your concerns regarding the raised area at the entrance to your driveway and the damage you have observed to both your own and neighbouring properties' surfacing.
Following receipt of your enquiry, we have contacted our contractor and requested that their specialist subcontractor attend site to inspect the reported defects. The purpose of the inspection will be to assess the extent of the issues raised and proceed with any remedial works where required.
At present, we are awaiting confirmation from our contractor to when they will send a crew to attend site, this should be within 2 weeks, if this is not the case then please contact us again and we will ensure to get this issue sorted.
