Someone has placed out 2 cones and 3 or 4 concrete blocks next to bollards, which could damage vehicles or be a trip hazard. Appeared after bollards put in place a week ago.

    I noticed the person putting these out one morning this past week is the resident at New Era the bungalow opposite. They are still there and still causing issues. What is being done about this? As it should have been solved by now?
