With reference to Council ref: 2893431.

On 2nd June 2026 I reported an issue with missing road markings along the sides of the B1195, Spilsby Road, Halton Holegate as below:

The stretch of the B1195, Spilsby Road, Halton Holegate was top dressed a few weeks ago. The centre line has since been reinstated, but the carriageway edge lines have not been redone. The lines extended from Halifax Farm (what3words: courts.admiringly.scanning) to beyond Woodside property (what3words: nicknames.tedious.evaporate). These lines were put in a few years ago to reduce the number of cars leaving this stretch of road due to the camber - which has been successful!) On 3rd June status: Investigating. On 4th June status: Closed

No further explanation was given as to why this has been Closed, nor have any white lines as yet appeared?
