Footpath is inaccessible between Church Street and Broughton Road

As you have closed without further investigation a report about this public footpath, this tarmac footpath needs clearance of overgrown shrubs/weeds/nettles and lower and upper levels so that access can be made by residents of all abilities. This path takes residents to the bus stop on Broughton Road and is it not accessible due to high level and low level obstructions in the way. Please strim/cut/clear the path so it can be used by wheelchair/pram users and pedestrians alike.
