The road drains on School Lane are blocked with mud and silt washed down the road when it rains from the higher part of School Lane. This is on either side of the road and the metal drain cover lifts up and water runs out directly from that and because of the blocked drains the rain water floods the road and water drains onto the nearby drives opposite the school. This has been a problem for sometime and even though the road sweeper clears the fallen leaves away the actual road drains do not get cleaned out. The solid drain cover lifts up and has to be stamped on to put it back after the rain finishes. The water also comes out of the tarmac footpath next to this drain cover which has also lifted. All of the drains need cleaning out.
