North side of A158 just west of Tetford turning

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2894548.

There is a short stretch of open dyke alongside the footpath that is full of spoil. This is blocking the inlet pipe and the exit pipe. I am the land owner of the field adjacent to this dyke. If this is not cleaned out not only will it block the road drains but the under ground pipe system that extends for about a mile just short of Horncastle will be compromised. I am able to meet with your engineer to discuss on site if that helps.
