We greatly appreciate all the services you provide to Lincolnshire residents. In front of my property, a rain water drain block has caused a large puddle that is causing further damage to the road and invading the pavement and driveway. Having stagnant water in front of my driveway causes damage to the road, but also creates an unhygienic environment for my family and property, as well as a health risk for my children. Puddle usually take 24 hrs to disaapear after a rainfall. I would appreciate it if you could resolve it as soon as possible.

    I am surprised to see the outcome of my complaint. In spite of the fact that you confirmed that my complaint is correct and the drain in front of my house is blocked, resulting in a large pond exactly in front of my driveway, you seem to believe that it is not a serious concern. Since it is exactly in fromt of my home and by refusing to clear the blocked drain admitted by you, you are taking responsibility for any injuries or health issues caused by the flooding to my family and me.
