Over hanging trees and hedges on cycle path

My wife has been injured several times with tree so low they get you in the face and scratch it with some bleeding, it is all the way from the Lights to West marsh road. It was reported last year and nothing appeared to have been put right.

I would have thought it was clear, the hedges are encroaching onto the cycle path, trees are hitting cyclist head, all the way along the road from the B1156 on the Wardentree Cycle path. up to West Marsh Road roundabout
