Breeze blocks purposely blocking the verge pavement
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2895143.
The last incident of blocks and cones is still happening after the cones where removed someone keeps purposely putting breeze blocks in a line as if to stop people parking, I have tripped on one of these this morning and hurt my ankle as they are really difficult to see because of the colour, also they are a hazard to vehicles and can cause damage
