The footpath leading from the Dovecote to station street is showing signs of deterioration and needs maintenance to repair a potential safety issue and trip hazard . This has been getting progressively worse since the winter months. The second issue is overgrown shrubs and bushes on the same section of footpath that needs cutting right back to eradicate the encroachment on the footpath . This is exacerbated as there is no footpath on the opposite side of the road so due to the restricted egress you end up walking in a very busy stretch of road - a potential road safety issue . This has been an ongoing problem in excess of 5 years .
