Investigating
Public right of way off Brookside
Reported via desktop in the Vegetation/Hedges/Trees category anonymously at 15:00, Wednesday 17 June 2026
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2895462.
There are overhanging tree branches on this public right of way restricting head height to less than 5 foot. These need trimming back to support full access to the public right of way.
There are a number of new tree sapplings that have been planted to the east side of this public right of way and as these grow they will cause a width restriction to the public right of way. This needs addressing prior to an issue being caused.

A quick note to let you know that we’re taking enforcement action. This type of action can take a long time to complete so whilst it might not look like we’re working on the issue, we’re being busy behind the scenes. Thanks for your patience. As this progresses, we’ll update you when we can.
