Reported via desktop in the Damaged or missing bus stop sign category by David Sanderson at 19:53, Thursday 18 June 2026

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2895668.

Hi Wonder if you can help I live on a park home site with ages from 45 upwards & around 100 homes .not everyone can drive we have a bus route the B5 run by Brylaine . There is a bus shelter but where the bus shelter is the bus cannot use this . So the passengers waiting for the bus towards Lincoln have to walk on the grass verge when the bus emerges .you can appreciate the grass is sometimes wet and slippery also the grass verge is not the same level when the bus stops to pick up the passengers. We are not asking for a bus shelter but if some type of hard surface could be used it would make a big difference . For all the passengers getting on or off the bus . I would appreciate your thoughts of this matter and to see if something could be done. Awaiting your response. David Sanderson .
