Overgrown footpath at the end of Sea lane leading to King Charles footpath

This footpath hasn't been cut since the landowners fenced off the paddock from the footpath. The footpath is a trip hazard for my wife who has a disability and is unsure on her feet. She can't use this footpath in its current state without being stung by nettles,pricked by thistles or causing physical injury .
