South side of ings lane running to the exterior of amcroft and vehicle repair workshop (g and s oliver)

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2896687.
We were alerted by neighbours that water was not getting away from their septic tank. they have had this checked out and a firm have checked their pipe to your pipe on the south side of ings lane and it is clear. several neighbours together have attempted to clear this main pipe (60 meteres) but cannot fully unblock it. the main pipe is on the south side of ings lane, there are no blockages from any septic tanks but if we get a big storm water could back up into them. the open dyke at the end of the piped in area has been dug out on a previous occasion. could you please look at unblocking this pipe before damage is caused. there are roadside drains running into this main pipe, we have taken some sludge out of them but they have not been cleaned out for some time.

The Highway Drainage system has been checked recently and no issues have been found. This is not a highway drainage issue. This could be a Riparian Ownership Dyke issue and if you suspect An environmental issue, we would suggest speaking to the District Council Drainage team to assist. Regret to receive your notice that there is not an issue. There is. This is NOT a Riparian Ownership Dyke, this is a piped in dyke that was piped in by the council after purchasing the road side land from Albert and Mary Nix who built Amcroft in 1950s. There are council concrete boundary markers still in place. Road surface water drains into this pipe work which we suspect has a blockage. It has not been checked recently to our knowledge so please do not fob us off. There is an open dyke before this pipe but that is under private ownership of Cherry Holt on Station Road, A small amount of dyke is owned by us (G and S Oliver) and we have dug this out.
