Drain running along ings lane from ditch to opposite Saffron

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2896708.
The drain is blocked by silt. The blockage is causing householders sewerage treatment plants to back up because their discharge cannot flow. This presents a severe health hazard and must be dealt with as a matter of urgency. Checks confirm that the blockage is on the "council" rather than the private side.

Why have we closed this report? We cleaned this areas drains in the last year and our last inspection showed that they are working well. It’s worth noting though that at times of extreme weather even well-maintained drains like these can be overwhelmed. If the problem happens again but in less extreme conditions then please report this to us and we will investigate the issue again. Thank you for reporting this matter.

LCC this is not acceptable. The weather is very dry and no way is it overwhelmed. The drain ( some 60m long) is blocked 100%. The community in Ings lane are not idiots, please don't treat us as such and fob is off with stock answers. If you are still not prepared to come, please give us information on how we might escalate matters.
