The trees are overhanging fences, pathways and cars, causing bird mess on paths, which gets slippery when wet, and damage to my car. Damage to my fence as it overhangs my garden, large moss patchs causing slip hazards. I have seen a child fall onto a pile of bird mess on the path. My fence will need replacing due to rotting underneath the tree. The trees block the light to front bedroom and sitting room. They are seriously overgrown and have not been pruned for years.

  • These trees are not on private land, they are on council land and public pathways on Station Road. They are at the front of my property not the back where there is indeed private land.
