We have a dying desised cherry tree plus we have a large tree about 7 feet from kerb . this tree has grown quite abit since we moved here 4 years ago . when delivery vehicles come to orchard close the have in the past hit the low hanging tree branches . today and in the past we have seen parts off tree on the floor where it has been hit . this morning a refuse truck was collecting green bags and i managed to take a photo . we once had an artic lorry try to turn round having made a wrong turn into our close . we wouldnt like a vehicle to sustain any damage to to low branches the cherry tree has been dying ever since we moved here .
