Tattershall rd crossing to the entrance to witham town

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2897558.

The path is not usable due to brambles and weeds from the adjoining land. I report this every year. The land near the railway crossing is privately owned and the land nearer to witham town entrance belongs to the railway. Both are now blocking council path. People with pushchairs and young children are not safe.
