Public right of way across field - blocked path from crops

Hello The public right of way running from West Street across the fields to The Clays are blocked. In the first 2 fields there is sweetcorn. In parts it is already 6 ft high. The crop overhangs the path. Some of the crops are sharp - it could be a health and safety issue to the public. The path is not 1 metre wide, and free from crop overhang, across this field. The public therefore are unable to walk unobstructed along the public right of way. Please can this be cleared. Photo attached
