The lower branches of a lime tree with a TPO is making exit from our drive Hazardous. Andrew Hudson ELDC TPO officer has agreed we can do the work but suggests we should advise you.as it is a highways responsibility. Our address is Red Kites formerly Windrush Church Lane Utterby LN11 0TH 5th house on left from Grimsby Road
