The road outside a number of properties on Serpentine Street including 28, 30, 32 and 34

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2897818.

It is continually running along the gutter, and pooling outside 32 but it doesn't appear to originate there. The slight slope on the road leads to it pooling there and I am concerned about damage to the highway and to the structural integrity of 32 Serpentine Street.

  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • An officer has attended to assess the reported issue. This appears to be a minor water leak which Anglian Water are responsible for. We have no concerns for the structural integrity of the highway and all water appears to be entering the drainage system/evaporating before it can reach it.
