S Bends Thorpe Road outside Walnut Cottage

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2897974.

Urgent road markings needed slowing traffic down on these bends. Way too fast and the road is too narrow. Need some kind of raised markings to slow traffic down plus slowing signs on the approach either way. This is urgent. Should be a weight restriction through this village roads cannot handle heavy good vehicles.

Police have assessed!! Urgent action needed.

Regarding the weight restriction, you’ll need a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO). To request a new Traffic Regulation Order, contact your Lincolnshire County Councillor. You are advised to also speak with your Parish/Town council in advance. This will ensure they support the proposal as they will be consulted as part of the legal order process.
