  • Thanks for getting in touch with us. In this case, we’re not responsible for this issue. Lincolnshire County Council have no powers of enforcement regarding vehicles that are obstructing the footpath where no parking restrictions apply. Vehicles causing total obstruction to any part of the highway should be reported to Lincolnshire Police via their non emergency channels. Thank you for reporting this matter.
