Dear Sirs, You are responsible for this damage, as it was your grass cutter which damaged this drainage cover and left it in a dangerous condition. You need to take responsibility for your action not try to pan it off as someone else's problem. For the record i am one of the local parish councilors and i live on this street so this isn't going to go away. Indeed i will pass this onto our county councilor who can take it up with you directly.
