Vegetation is growing through the fence obstructing the footpath and restricting sighting of level crossing signs and equipment. The vegetation is not on Network Rail Land. A triangular portion of land from the crossing to the house opposite Sherwood Avenue is owned by a developer who has previously applied for planning permission for residential properties.
