  • Great news, we’ve had a look at the issue and we have now passed to our Highways Officers for the team to assess what can be done to resolve the matter. We’ll let you know when the assessment has taken place.

  • Thank you for your enquiry. A senior highways officer has investigated the issue and worked with our legal team to establish ownership. We can now confirm that the trees do have Tree Protection Orders, but they are not Lincolnshire County Council owned trees. We apologise for the previous confusion. Thank you for reporting this matter.
