Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2900069.

There are several stones on the grass verge that are too close to the road. These have already caused damaged to at least one vehicle and with a narrow lane like this, you sometimes have to go onto the verge for larger vehicles to pass.
