A52 Threekingham junction

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2900284.

After reports that the sign was obstructing the view on a busy road/junction it was removed. Today I see it has been reinstated. Who okayed this? It still sits in line with the road especially when in a van.
