Drain is causing extreme smell again (this was reported a few times a few years ago) has been okay for a while but since heatwave it has begun to smell really bad. Particularly in the last few weeks, drain water is black and stagnant which wont help. Smell gets worse during the day and obviously the warmer it gets. We want and need our windows open but its awful
