Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2901558.

These cones and bits of builders blocks have been here since June. They are a hazard and not needed. Why haven't these been removed yet? It's the 4th or 5th time I have reported it. Person responsible lives at bungalow opposite, as witnessed it being done at 5am one morning. Please advise when it will be dealt with.
