Incident today witnessed by myself and other Sutton social club members of a elderly lady who lives behind the hall tipping over on her mobility scooter into the main road and was missed by inches by a car I rushed over and with the help of others got her back onto pavement and she luckily seemed ok I have informed her neighbours as she is 91 to check on her this afternoon time of incident. 13 .10 14 august 26
