Junction of Boston Road and Willow Lane

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2902205.

Nearly had another head on collision at the junction because road closure signage has been place in the road. Cars turning into Willows lane are ignoring the signs because there is no sign of any road works (Anglian Water?) being started. They have been therefore many days and can not be seen for Boston Road.
