South Square pedestrian crossing over John Adams Way to A1138

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 2902218.

The pedestrian crossing was not operational today when crossing John Adams Way, to get between South Square and A1138. The button light came on on both crossings but isn't stopping the traffic for pedestrians. The traffic didn't stop and so the green person never appeared.
