Godsey lane market Deeping. Opposite entrance to doctors surgery. Towngate east end of godsey lane. Trees, shrubs etc growing across pavement and restricting access.

  • In this instance we don’t intend on taking immediate action. Because our current resources are extremely limited we have to focus our enforcement on matters of a significant danger or nuisance to road users. We can, however, continue to monitor the site during our routine inspections and will review the situation. Thank you for reporting this matter.

  • But you have to step out into the road here already. If it is left it will get worse and take longer to fix. I believe that this area is owned by the accent housing association who regularly have contractors in the area and im sure a written or emailed prompt/request to them will result in prompt resolution.

  • I have just walked along this stretch of pavement and it is now worse and I had to step onto the road to get past without being accosted by the overgrown branches etc and to avoid being soaked by the wet and dripping branches.
