  There are 4 drains in cross street, the one outside my property is clear.The other three are semi blocked two completely.One drain cannot clear all the rain water in heavy rain resulting in flooding and dirty water is washed into my yard.I have to move my car to stop rain water going in it. When you come to clear the drains, some cones will need placing on the area the night before because cars from local businesses park over them during the day
